Hello again everyone.
Its been a while since I wrote something new in my journal.
Where do I start?
First things first I guess. As for some people already know, I went back to school to study Computertechnology and programming. Before school, I worked 5 years and a half in a bowling alley and eventually got sick of working and I started thinking of going back to school. So, here I am now, back on school, studying computerstuff. It feels good to be a student again although I am like the oldest person in the first year. ^^ But that doesn't matter, I'm in a good group and i love to study together with these people.
At the moment of writing this journal, I am in my exam period actually. Tomorrow I have datamodelling. ERD-diagrams, normalisation, Access, ... Once you get the hang on of this stuff, the rest comes automatically. I think everything I'm studying is interesting. So I'm pretty motivated to do all this schoolwork. On the other side I will be happy that the exams will end, so that I can move on to the next step.
My next step will be my journey to Australia, the land of down under.
Why Australia?
Well, to begin with, this country always amazed me and we hear barely anything about Australia on the news. Although this is a huge, vast continent, i hear so less about it. So I want to discover Australia myself how this land looks like. I want to eat the food over there, know the culture and I want to know how the Aussie people live over there. I already have a small idea on how they live tho. There's one person that already told me a little bit of Australia. That person made me want to come to Australia for sure now. She has become my number one reason to visit Australia. ^^ I have to thank her because now my mind is set on her and Australia. There's no turning back anymore (why should I ?), my tickets are booked and I'm going to Oz on the 29th of January. Well, actually I leave belgium the 29th of Jan, and I arrive 31st of Jan, at 00.45am. I will be very confused because my trip to Oz takes about 17 hours approximately. I have to take the bus to station in Gent. From there I have to take the train from Gent to Antwerp. From Antwerp I have to take the train to Amsterdam. There i need to go to the airport to take the plane to Kuala Lumpur. And from Kuala Lumpur I take the plane to Perth, WA. And there I have to wait for her so that she can take me to her house and let me crash over there because I'll be probably broken and confused of all that travelling. I can not wait to see and to meet her at the airport. I get excited and a little bit nervous by thought of it though. But I'm sure that I will be having a great time in Australia although it's only 19 days .
After my trip to Australia, I will be having loads of pictures to post on DeviantArt. IF I have the time off course, because I have to go back to school the next day. =_= Well, there's no reason to panic now. I'm really looking forward to meet this girl because she means so much to me. And I'm also looking forward to see Ozzieland offcourse. ^^
